Terms & Conditions
TUFFLIFT Purchase Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 13th 2026
Welcome to TUFFLIFT. These Purchase Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase of TUFFLIFT products through this website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Product Information
TUFFLIFT manufactures premium hydraulic truck bed lift systems designed to safely load, transport, and unload side-by-side vehicles and other compatible equipment. Every TUFFLIFT system is built to order based on the information provided by the customer. Product specifications, dimensions, pricing, accessories, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:
- Truck make
- Truck model
- Truck year
- Bed type
- Bed length
- Selected accessories
- Shipping information
TUFFLIFT will review all submitted information prior to production. If additional clarification is needed, a TUFFLIFT representative will contact the customer.
3. Order Confirmation
Submitting payment through the website does not immediately begin manufacturing.
After an order is placed:
- A TUFFLIFT representative will contact the customer within approximately 24–48 business hours.
- Vehicle compatibility will be confirmed.
- Selected accessories will be reviewed.
- Shipping or pickup details will be finalized.
- Estimated production timelines will be confirmed.
TUFFLIFT reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if compatibility concerns exist.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices shown on the website do not include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated separately.
Prices may change at any time before an order is submitted.
5. Production Timeline
Because every TUFFLIFT is built specifically for the customer, production times are estimates only.
Typical production is approximately 30 days, although actual completion dates may vary due to:
- Material availability
- Powder coating schedules
- Manufacturing demand
- Weather
- Shipping delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Estimated production dates are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping & Pickup
Customers may choose available shipping or local pickup options.
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Once a shipment leaves TUFFLIFT’s facility, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the freight carrier.
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report any visible freight damage before accepting delivery whenever possible.
7. Order Changes
Because every TUFFLIFT is custom-built, changes requested after production begins may not be possible.
If changes are approved, additional costs and production delays may apply.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may be subject to material costs, labor costs, restocking fees, or other expenses already incurred.
Custom-built products may not be eligible for full refunds after production has begun.
9. Returns
Because TUFFLIFT systems are custom manufactured to fit specific customer configurations, returns are generally not accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by TUFFLIFT.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact TUFFLIFT immediately.
10. Warranty
TUFFLIFT products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper vehicle compatibility
Complete warranty information is available upon request or in the product documentation.
11. Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring the TUFFLIFT system is installed properly.
Improper installation may result in equipment damage, personal injury, or loss of warranty coverage.
If customers have installation questions, they should contact TUFFLIFT before proceeding.
12. Safe Operation
TUFFLIFT products should only be operated according to the provided operating instructions.
Users are responsible for:
- Following all safety guidelines
- Properly securing loads
- Inspecting equipment before use
- Operating within published weight capacities
Failure to follow safety procedures may result in serious injury or property damage.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUFFLIFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, ownership, or use of its products.
TUFFLIFT’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
14. Website Accuracy
TUFFLIFT makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate.
However, errors may occur.
TUFFLIFT reserves the right to correct any errors, update product information, or cancel orders affected by pricing or description inaccuracies.

All content on this website—including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and other materials—is the property of TUFFLIFT and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
